Shipping Cost Details:

We aim to provide transparent and competitive shipping costs to meet your business needs. Shipping costs are determined by several factors:

  • Product Type:
Bulk items (e.g., coco peat blocks, coir products) may have different shipping rates compared to smaller, lighter products like coffee or cardamom.

  • Order Quantity:
Larger orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates due to economies of scale.

  • Destination:
Shipping costs vary based on the destination country or region, as well as the proximity to major shipping ports.

  • Shipping Method:
Sea Freight: Most cost-effective for large, bulky orders. Best suited for non-urgent deliveries.
Air Freight: Faster but more expensive. Ideal for smaller, time-sensitive orders.

  • Customs & Duties:
Depending on the destination country, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer.

  • How to Get a Shipping Quote:

Zone Exports is committed to providing flexible and secure payment options to ensure smooth transactions for our global customers. Below are our standard payment terms:

Advance Payment (T/T - Telegraphic Transfer):

  • 50% Advance: We require a 50% advance payment upon order confirmation.

  • 50% Balance: The remaining 50% is due before the shipment is dispatched.

    Letter of Credit (L/C):

  • At Sight: For large orders or new customers, we accept payments via a Letter of Credit, payable at sight, issued by a recognized international bank.

  • Irrevocable L/C: We prefer an irrevocable L/C to ensure secure and guaranteed payments.

    Cash Against Documents (CAD):

  • Payment on Delivery: Under this option, payment is made when the shipping documents are presented to the buyer's bank. This is a secure method for both parties.

    Document Against Payment (D/P):

  • Document Handover: We release the shipping documents to the buyer's bank, and the buyer makes the payment to receive the documents and goods.

    Open Account (O/A):

  • Credit Terms: For established clients with a proven payment history, we offer open account terms where payment is made within a specified period after delivery, typically 30-60 days.

    Currency:

  • All payments are accepted in major international currencies (USD, EUR, etc.). The specific currency will be agreed upon during the order confirmation process.

    Bank Charges:

  • Bank charges for wire transfers or L/C processing are typically the responsibility of the buyer.

    Notes:

  • For first-time buyers or larger orders, we may request additional payment security, such as a bank guarantee or credit insurance.

  • Custom payment terms can be discussed to meet the specific needs of your business.
